Project description:
The project ‘Le Grand Large’ situated in Péronnes-lez-Antoing consists mostly of new construction and extensive renovation work for another part.
The building contains various functions, all aimed at activities related to water sports:
– Administration (offices and services)
– Restaurant and kitchen (catering)
– Dormitory (collective accommodation)
– Concierge house (individual dwelling)
The different volumes are heated by air or by convectors, operated by different boilers. Ventilation is carried out by air groups with heat recuperation on the extraction air. Free cooling is also possible.
The buildings are cooled by a system integrated in the air group, or by indoor and outdoor units with direct expansion.
The energy performance and indoor climate levels are in accordance with the EPBD regulations.
