In this case will Boydens Vietnam Part of Sweco, as the transferor of personal data, create a Dossier of Impact Assessment for the Cross-Border Transfer of Personal Data (“TIA Dossier”) before transferring personal data out of Vietnam.When we transfer or disclose your personal data to a recipient in a country outside of Vietnam we will always ensure that appropriate safeguards have been taken to protect the personal data. Further, we are regularly carrying out risk assessments to assess what supplementary measures that need to be taken to protect the personal data subject to the transfer or disclosure.Furthermore, we have signed the Sweco Intra-Group Data Processing Agreement (DPA) and Data Transfer Agreement (DTA) to comply with high organizational and technical standards regarding data protection.
We may also transfer your personal data to international organizations, in particular in connection with their investigations or proceedings relating to Boydens Vietnam Part of Sweco projects that these organizations finance or co-finance, or otherwise as needed to fulfill our contractual obligations on those projects or in the course of bidding for projects.
