MUSEUM ROGER RAVEEL

This contemporary architecture museum identifies with the spirit of the village it is situated in. The museum is heated with a gas central heating system, equipped with a weather-dependent control and management of the different heating circuits. The new building was equipped with a heating system supplemented with convectors at the height of the glass windows.

The “rectory” was renovated and heated with steel radiators. The design and implementation of the lighting took into account the open concept of the architecture and the labyrinth of rooms, however ensuring a very low UV light level for the protection of the works exhibited. This is achieved through motion detectors in the ceiling and light fixtures switching individual luminaires on when necessary. This specific lighting was designed in harmony with the architectural objective.
