36 Cat Linh
Hanoi, Vietnam, South East Asia
Certification: | LEED GOLD, Class A office |
Project description:
36 Cat Linh, which amongst other features houses the new headquarters of the LT Group, was launched in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic. This was immediately addressed by adapting the design to be prepared for similar situations in the future.
Extra attention was paid to good air filtration and the use of UV-C radiation as a disinfectant. For the sanitary facilities, contactless solutions were chosen as much as possible.
The building is also striving for a LEED GOLD certificate. By using rainwater for flushing the toilets, irrigation and the cooling tower, it is possible to save up to 50% water.
Additionally, solar panels were installed mainly for charging electric bicycles and cars.
Finally, since part of the office space will be leased, it is important to be recognised as a Class A office building that guarantees the latest and most qualitative buildings on the market. The limited ceiling height posed the greatest challenge in this respect.
