This is the first phase of the reconversion of the site. The new construction holds a warehouse for the storage of production materials and finished products.

The techniques applied are elementary for this building type, based on air heaters and destratification fans. The building is fitted in the existing sprinkler installation. The lighting is a modular rail system, that is flexible to adapt to any new function that may be assigned to this section.

The phasing within this project was taken into account, whereby the building is now integrated in the existing installations. In the next phase of the reconversion, the building will be powered autonomously.
