Developer Re-Vive deliberately chooses to provide housing with environmentally friendly energy solutions. In the housing complex ‘t Fineer, located in Sint-Niklaas, 40 new apartments and 17 residential units are constructed utilizing sustainable engineering techniques such as heat pumps, condensation boilers and green roofs.
