The Mövenpick Hotel Hanoi is conveniently located in the heart of Hanoi’s central business district. With 154 well-appointed rooms and suites, the hotel has the perfect services including gym, swimming pool, meeting rooms… Technical performance combined with good architecture generates strong identity, long lifespan, and low maintenance costs.
The water tanks are the module type and installed from 1997. The tanks reached the limitation of their life-span.
Boydens is chosen to consult renovation solution of water tank and fire tank with the following aims:
• Minimized or No effect on the normal operation of the Hotel.
• No effect on firefighting capacity of building.
• Adaptable with future enhancement of Hotel service.
