Project description:
Department stores, convenience stores and shopping centers have the common factor that the number of people present can vary from day to day and from hour to hour. However, those present expect a certain level of comfort, well-being and safety, which has a direct effect on the energy needs of the building.
For the design of the technical installation of the Hugo Boss store in the Cloche d’or district, the focus was mainly on determining the desired comfort level of those present (sufficient heating, cooling, warm ambient light, etc.), whereby energy costs are kept to a minimum.
The use of proper security and fire detection systems also requires the necessary attention to avert threats such as vandalism, theft or disaster.
