This sixteenth-century mill has been restored and converted into a hotel, brasserie, and a festival auditorium. In this renovation project various techniques were utilized to maintain the specific features of this unique location. The hotel room cooling utilizes a 3-pipe system. For the banquet rooms a D ventilation system provides favorable comfort. Great attention to careful development and coordination was paid in order to integrate the techniques without compromising the integrity of this classified monument.
